As a cottage host, you will be responsible for offering an exceptional experience to our customers, from their arrival to their departure. You will make it a point of honor to respect the highest standards throughout the cottage, while offering a warm, discreet and attentive welcome. Within a close-knit team, you will ensure that each customer has an unforgettable and snag-free holiday. Main responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast every morning Ensure daily cleaning and keep the cottage in impeccable condition Cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms Make the beds and prepare the rooms for arrivals Serve afternoon tea Assist in the dinner service alongside the chef of the cottage Wash the dishes and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen Perform room preparation service for the night Manage laundry, household linen and stock levels Prepare the cottage for customer arrivals and departures Assist in the proper functioning of the station when necessary Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene and safety standards
