Description du poste
By applying to this position, you will have the opportunity to join a recognized leader specialized in designing and manufacturing industrial wireless data communication solutions (Wi-Fi, 4G/5G cellular, routers, gateways). Their products, known for their robustness and reliability, are deployed in demanding environments such as transportation, Industry 4.0, and logistics.
As part of their European expansion, they are looking for a Field Sales Representative for the DACH Zone to drive and develop their growth across the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
Your missions, should you accept them:
Business Development & Prospecting (60%)
Actively identify and prospect new industrial customers (system integrators, machine/OEM manufacturers, major industrial accounts, transport/logistics players). Map the market, target key sectors across the DACH zone, and ensure efficient deal closing, from needs assessment through to final contract negotiation.
Account Management & Network Development (20%)
Retain and grow the existing customer portfolio in the zone. Identify, structure, and manage a network of local distributors or partners to multiply sales.
Technical & Pre-Sales Support (15%)
Analyze prospects' technical needs to propose the most suitable connectivity solutions. Work closely with the technical and support teams in France to follow up on complex or custom projects.
Reporting & Market Watch (5%)
Provide regular activity reporting (CRM tracking, sales forecasts) to the Sales Management, and monitor the competitive landscape to feed specific market needs back to R&D.
And you?
• You hold a higher education degree in Business (Bac+5, Business School) with a strong technical inclination, or an Engineering/Technical background with proven field sales experience.
• You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales of technological or industrial products (ideally in the networking, telecom, automation, or industrial IoT sectors).
• You have technical knowledge of networks and telecoms - you are not just a generalist salesperson.
• You are fluent in both German and French (non-negotiable requirement to cover the Germany, Austria, Switzerland zone; a cross-border profile is likely). Good English is a plus for global technical discussions.
• You are a hunter at heart, autonomous, organized, and known for your listening and advisory skills to sell value and technical solutions.
