Le / La Charter Assistant assiste le Private Charter Manager dans la gestion quotidienne de l'activité charter. Il/elle contribue au développement commercial, tout en assurant un support administratif et organisationnel essentiel au bon fonctionnement du service. Descriptif des missions et responsabilités : 1. Support commercial & développement clientèle - Recherche et identification de nouveaux contacts (prospection clients) - Création, mise à jour et structuration de bases de données clients - Participation à des actions de prospections - Aide à la préparation de présentations commerciales et supports clients 2. Gestion des demandes charter - Recherche adaptée à la demande du client (type avion, disponibilités, destinations) - Participation à l'élaboration des quotations (devis) charter. - Préparation de contrats, de brief. 3. Suivi administratif - Classement et organisation des dossiers en fonction des vols et clients - Mise à jour des bases de données internes 4. Utilisation de logiciels et outils professionnel - Utilisation d'outils spécialisés du secteur : > Salesforce > Avinode > Autres outils internes liés au charter - Exploitation des outils bureautiques : > Excel (Bases de données) > Word > Outlook / WhatsApp (communication) 5.
