Megève Bois by The Magic Collection Retreats is tucked at the foot of La Princesse, only a few meters from the slopes. A chalet with a weathered-wood façade, our house feels more like a family home than a hotel: twelve rooms and suites, one buy-out villa, a strong artistic identity carried by a carefully curated art collection, and two tables by chef Elvis Dedi - Le Simon, Franco-Italian sharing cuisine, and The Andrew, its fine-dining counterpart. Born from the passion of three people who came from outside the hospitality world, but driven by a desire to keep alive and preserve a certain art of welcoming, our house cultivates authenticity, an eye for detail and a true family soul. Here, art, culture, wine and hospitality come together to turn every stay into a unique experience. As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for the quality and precision of your section. Concretely, you will: • Run your section (partie) autonomously, delivering standards of excellence • Execute preparations and plating as defined by the Chef • Ensure the correct storage and conservation of raw ingredients • Keep your work area rigorously clean and orderly Every day is a chance to leave your mark - and to help take Megève Bois towards the star. Mandatory - applications that do not meet all of the following will not be considered: • At least 2 years' recent, verifiable experience in fine-dining kitchens (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels or high gastronomy) • Legal right to work in France (EU citizenship or a work visa already obtained or in progress) • Category B driving licence (own car preferred) • Immediate or short-notice availability • Contract: permanent (CDI) - seasonal option available • Working hours: full time, 40 hours over 5 days per week, mixed shifts • Salary: €2,600 gross per month over 12 months (commensurate with experience) • Single accommodation provided • A growing, ambitious project with real room to develop - and a small team that feels like family • A Relais & Châteaux member establishment, in an exceptional Alpine setting in Demi-Quartier, Megève
