You will be part of a multi-divisional team of 15 people spread across 4 sites in France. Within the *Building and Construction* department, you will be involved in conducting feasibility studies and managing customer/supplier relationships aiming at securing infrastructure project validation and business continuity. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. *Your challenges:* * Lead all feasibility studies (organizational, technical, economic, and scheduling aspects) for the France perimeter. * Define and validate global schedules and costs of construction projects during the upfront phase. * Manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers to ensure project acceptance. * Drive change and strategic cost management across organizational boundaries. * Contribute to future company investments and ensure business continuity through robust projects. *Your boarding pass:* * Academic background in engineering, ideally in Building / Civil Engineering or Project Management. * Proven experience in program and project management, ideally within the construction sector. * Strong experience in customer and supplier relationship management. * Autonomy, ability to work cross-functionally, and readiness for regional travel. * Advanced level of French and English.
