• - Driving the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning,
• - Leading financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls, and reporting,
• - Optimizing cash flow, working capital, and the company's capital structure,
• - Partnering with operational and commercial teams to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and financial discipline,
• - Assessing investment opportunities, including new assets, fleet expansion, and infrastructure projects,
• - Strengthening financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards,
• - Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders,
• - Developing and leading a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Expatriate contract.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, and ideally an MBA or a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA. They will bring at least 12-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including a minimum of five years in a CFO or Finance Director position.
They will have a proven track record within the transport, shipping, maritime, or logistics industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of asset‑heavy operations, international trade, and project-based financing.Fluency in English is mandatory , and proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
