Commercial Director France (M/F) - Safety & Compliance Services

As a Commercial director, your main responsibilities will include: • Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive profitable growth across France. • Lead a multi-channel sales organisation across direct sales, key accounts, distributors and tenders. • Drive commercial excellence through clear performance metrics, governance and reporting standards. • Accelerate recurring revenue growth, margin improvement and cross-selling initiatives. • Harmonise sales teams, processes and tools across multiple business entities. • Design and implement a scalable commercial operating model to support business growth and future acquisitions. • Lead transformation initiatives, including sales methodologies, CRM adoption and organisational alignment. • Develop and inspire high-performing commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive integration, change management and strategic projects.
