Engineering Director

You combine technical strategy, people leadership and operational excellence to create the conditions for teams to make strong decisions, execute with clarity and continuously improve their engineering standards. Working closely with other Directors, the CTO and business leaders, you align technology, organization and priorities so that engineering becomes a durable lever for company performance, culture and long-term scalability.
