Votre profil You are the right match if you fit to the following selection criteria: - Degree in HR, Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar position in the humanitarian sector - Experience in complex or conflict-affected environments is an asset Technical skills - Strong HR management expertise (policies, procedures, legal framework) - Budget and payroll management - Recruitment, training, and team management Soft skills - Leadership and decision-making - Adaptability and resilience in challenging environments - Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills IT & Languages - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are assets This role may not suit you if you: - Are not aligned with MdM's values Recruitment process If shortlisted, you will first meet with our HR team.
