**Job Description:** **Take off with Airbus Helicopters!** * Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Customer, Project and Structured Finance Manager (f/m) to join our Treasury department based in Marignane, France. * Join us to shape the future of aeronautics and help protect lives during missions accomplished thanks to our helicopters. The Marignane site, the 3rd largest industrial site in France, near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, is undergoing a deep transformation to offer a high-tech, inclusive, and environmentally friendly working environment. You will live a unique professional experience, at the heart of the manufacturing of our helicopters. To learn more about our site and our activities: Airbus Helicopters - Marignane ***Your future missions:*** You will be part of a team developing financial solutions that both reduce financial risk for Airbus Helicopters and offer attractive financing options to our customers. As part of the customer sales financing team, you will be actively involved with letters of Credit, credit insurance, bank financing offers aiming at securing Payment in International Trade and supporting Sales Growth. **Your challenges:** * Manage payment security for commercial and military helicopter contracts, offering financial insights throughout sales and negotiation phases. * Guide sales and bid teams in understanding the necessity and cost of robust payment security. * Develop and negotiate payment terms and instruments, such as documentary credits, directly with banks and clients. * Deliver specialized support on payment security to Airbus Helicopters' global subsidiaries. * Facilitate customer access to financing for helicopter purchases. * Explore and evaluate financing possibilities with the broader financial market, including lessors, ECAs, and private insurers. * Determine optimal insurance coverage for contracts and financings, considering both necessity and cost. * Streamline the process of securing export credit by managing applications with relevant agencies. * Guarantee the timely availability of financing to ensure contract completion and deliveries, mitigating potential delays. * Develop and implement manufacturer-backed financing solutions when required. * Empower Airbus Helicopters' subsidiaries by helping them secure competitive financing. * Contribute to strategic decision-making by preparing for approval committees and providing clear sales finance reports to management. * Act as the key liaison between Airbus Helicopters and Export Credit Agencies and the banking community. * Manage post-financing activities for insured contracts, including overseeing claim processes and settlements. **Your profile:** Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Law, or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in export, trade, and ECA financing. * A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the banking community. * The ability to expertly negotiate contracts and conduct thorough credit analyses. * Good drafting and documentation abilities. * Experience in international environments. * The capacity to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. * A customer-focused team player who can effectively meet tight deadlines. * Negotiation-level fluency in both English and French. *3 Reasons to join us:* Our Values : Six essential values form the core of our company.
